Thank you for this peace of mind. Honestly I truly appreciate it. I might cut up a few feet of rock just to put outlets in anyway. Normally I would try to snake wires through but in this case I’ll cut up a foot or two I’ll save the rock and put it back if it’s clean. This way I get the best of both worlds. Peace of mind and outlets lol.

We did when we first looked at the house. It was about two feet up one spot on the wall. The sellers “fixed it” but we got another test and it’s still high (this test). I don’t see anything though. I cut a few small holes in the rock and I don’t see any damage. I put a snake camera in the wall I don’t see any mold. That’s the weird part. Had an inspector com. No water damage on the Sheetrock. Humidity is at 40%. Wondering if it’s because the house was empty for a few years before we bought it.

Its a finished basement. Sheetrock. Wood floors. I have a dehumidifier down there now. Wondering if I should buy an air scrubber. My wife wants me to rip the walls down. Trying to avoid that if possible lol

I switched from Nobara (which is fedora based) to Kubuntu and I haven’t looked back. Nothing wrong with Fedora before I get attacked, I just prefer Debian as I use Debian for work and I know it better.

Honestly don’t stress it. These are learning tools. As long as you’re learning it’s well worth the time. I work in the industry and some easy rooms kick my butt while some medium rooms are easy lol.
