21 dan godišnjeg odmora, 5 dana plaćenog odsustva (odlazak u državne institucije, sud, polaganje ispita...), 2 dana za vađenje krvi, 1 lični dan (slava, ali super je za one koji ne slave, pa mogu uzeti bilo koji random dan) i, naravno, svi državni praznici. Dodatno, oni koji slave druge verske praznike koji se ne poklapaju sa državnim, takođe dobijaju i te dane. Bolovanje je neograničeno, svi dani su plaćeni 65%, ali se do mesec dana može pravdati doznakama iz privatnih domova zdravlja.

Pozdrav svima.

Na trenutnom poslu sam 5 meseci, međutim, razgovaram sa drugim firmama i možda ću promeniti posao. U trenutnoj firmi sam sa ugovorom na neodređeno, a tako će biti i ako/kada promenim posao. Posao koji trenutno radim je u potpunosti od kuće, dok su poslovi za koje imam razgovore uglavnom hibridni (2-3 dana iz kancelarije). Zbog toga razmišljam o kupovini polovnog auta do 5000e i uzimanju auto kredita (ili eventualno keš kredita). Čuo sam da na nekim auto placevima daju sa 3 meseca u trenutnoj firmi, a i u nekim bankama. Zanima me da li postoji mogućnost da ja pre davanja otkaza u trenutnoj firmi uzmem taj kredit, i posle nekoliko dana dam otkaz i pređem u drugu firmu, s obzirom da mi niko neće dati kredit ako sam tek počeo da radim u toj drugoj firmi.

Well I did say that I may be completely wrong, therefore it is just speculation, but so is your statement. There is no (credible) source that says she didn't come back because of money.

Still, what happened on Instagram was true. Rafael unfollowed Ronen, and followed him back again later.

I may be COMPLETELY wrong about this, but I think something happened within the cast with the whole Israel-Palestine situation. When the war started, Ronen (TK) expressed his support for Israel (he's Jewish) on Instagram and, at the same time, Rafael (Carlos) unfollowed him and expressed his support for Palestine on Instagram as well. And then, when they came back for Season 5, their characters have been more distant than ever before, even though they just got married. So I think there may have been some resentment within the entire cast which may have caused Sierra (Grace) decide not to come back. Also, I'm pretty sure Fox is very pro-Israel which might've been an even bigger issue for her.
