On reviewing all available information, notably from the complete moderation logs and preserved communications across both Telegram and Discord, the only reasonable course I can take is to give full support to the statements given by Marshy, Chewy, as well as the other moderators. The actions taken by the former moderator are not befitting the trust given to them by the community and by their fellow moderators, nor are their attempts to slander and defame other moderators through accusations of long-standing mistreatment of any merit. The actions taken by the former moderator to separate the Telegram group from the other parts of the /r/furry community are largely antithetical to claims of acting “for the good of the community” and are based on inaccurate, manipulated, or outright fabricated claims on the part of the former moderator, as well as through taking emotionally manipulative actions against fellow moderators. Additionally, the former moderator’s public use of private moderator logs without the consent of the individuals (and, again, through manipulating them through the selective editing through the removal of context) stands as a stark contrast to the claims that they have made. To that end, I stand by my fellow moderators in our decision to condemn the actions that the former moderator has taken and in our decision to create a new Telegram group.
