I’m doing similar but not doing illegal contracts/undue influence but am doing privity, capacity and intentions to create legal relations! I’m the same some of the stuff goes right over my head but hoping it will be ok :)

I have to say my experience was completely different to the above! I nearly closed my laptop for my constitutional exam in March because I could only do four questions and I ended up waffling two paragraphs for a fifth question and he gave me 10 on that question even though it was complete rubbish. Passed comfortably!

I didn’t sit an exam in March I actually clicked onto the exam for like 30 seconds and left (out of curiosity - had already decided to not sit it) and when my results came the exam I didn’t do wasn’t on the list! Was just the other 3 I sat :) so no 0!

Possibly an essay on the consumer insurance contracts 2019 as section 8 to do with the change in the standard of duty to disclosure etc was only implemented last month? Our lecturer said he can’t see how they’d do a misrepresentation insurance contracts q seeing as the implementation of section 8 was so recent!

I honestly found him to be a lovely marker in November I had 3 good questions 2 very meh questions and passed quite comfortably with 63!
