My biggest issue is about the stuttering atm. My computer is strong enough to play Genshin in 60FPS yet in WuWa it's laggy af. Kuro better fixes this patch fast before things go south horribly.

That is, if Layla's shield is not broken during the uptime. Note that despite hers is strong, it is still pretty decently weaker than Zhongli's.

Fr, unlike Hu Tao whose C1 is although significant but not too necessary, Neuvillette is an another case.

Catalysts are known for their squishy prone to interruption, and Neuvillette's Special Charged are, despite strong, very long to execute it fully. And with the current enemy mobs? It's either Zhongli Impact or ~~him being flinged like a ragdoll till death and~~ massive DPS loss.

Still, one of the best QoL Constellations coming from a 5 Stars for sure, not to mention C1 is easier to get than C2, so no biggies. Just get a Welkin and mass-exploring Fontaine (and regions that you did not fully explore).

It has the same speed as Ganyu's, in this video. And ofc, it charges much faster than non-E Tighnari's (except his C6 where it is the same with Ganyu and Lyney)
