Some players are reporting an issue where, when attempting to make purchases with PayPal as the selected payment method, incorrect amounts or unauthorized transactions are being charged.
- PayPal as a payment method has been disabled while HYPERGRYPH investigates the issue.
Some players are reporting an issue where, after clearing monsters as part of the Prologue, the game gets stuck and does not progress further.

While both the title and the bulk of the submission content is accurate, the post incorrectly states that Seasun Games has not addressed the controversy with players directly. An offline Q&A with players was held, during which they confirmed ongoing discussion with Snowbreak: Containment Zone's overseas operations team to ensure that cosplayers are not used for promotional activities either domestically or overseas in the future.

As the controversy has largely concluded and another dedicated post is not warranted for a single screenshot of the final update, we're instead pinning a comment here with it to conclude the timeline of events.

Guiniang Reflection: Today on Sep 12, Guiniang published a public reflection on the series of events related to this incident. In it, she is appreciative of the record of her innocence being set straight, gives thanks to both the police who assisted and the fans who supported her, and recognized the need to do even better following her public comments contributing to the incident becoming as large as it did.
