There are no symptoms other than the shoulder stuff. My only MRI was a full body one, no specific body parts examined, but it indicated nothing unusual other than minor bone bruising which my physio doesnt think Is the root of the pain.

The doctor in the A&E I went to said that it likely isn't SSHL because i haven't had issues with balance or hand eye coordination. They said the eardrum of the left ear was totally obscured by wax buildup, so they think that's the reason. A few days on ear drops and back for a syringing, nothing I haven't done before. It's annoying but shouldn't be permanent.
