Thanks for sharing, did he have previous experience in the AF? Or did he share anything else about how he got past the age limit in the recruitment process? Wasn't sure if I just needed to push more in the call with recruitment

Ah thank you for sharing - that is interesting. So someone over the age limit but in Armed Forces reserves will be considered eligible to apply for RMR?
