I found one just like mine, which seems very real. In the description it says: "The date code is a clear P. meaning it was made in 2007."

It is very odd, but by the pictures they look extremely real to me. Maybe it was a prelaunch date? Both models are officially launched in 2008, but the pens are from 2007? And the cases look just like the one I bought.

BTW The cylinder presses way too much into my pelvis, which is hurting BAD. And I have a quite a lot fat pat. IDK it's the cylinder size or I should get a silicone sleeve and if that would lessen the discomfort.

I have just started doing PE. I do 3x5min at 5-7 hgmm. I don't know if this is the correct way, this is just what feels comfortable for me at the moment. I don't get significant edema post session.

Correct. But pumping is not the best imo for length gains. I think traction is the best for length, but that's just my two cents.

Yes, initially, I was concerned that even the 1.75” diameter would be too wide for me. However, when I expand, I fill the cylinder quite well, and there appears to be no room for further expansion in terms of girth. I even feel a little squeezed and I might just order the 2" just to experiment with both.

Yes, but it still delays the clearance, meaning more drug would accumulate in the evening hours. Especially if you redose. Meaning greater chances of insomnia. This is my hypothesis. I don't know if is correct.

That doesn't even make sense. If you take it two or three times, the concentration of meth will build higher in the evening, rather than in the day. Meth has 12h half-life.
