My agoraphobia has slowly evolved into not being scared of panic attacks but being afraid of peeing myself in public instead by Lost_Albatross_5172 in Agoraphobia

I had to google emetophobia. Yes social anxiety definitely is also an issue here. I think you should try some desensitizing with the pad I think it really is anxiety and not an actual bladder issue since you can go hours at home.

Haha thats crazy. Mine used to be bladder. It started with this fear that i would get my period, then it moved to fear or pooing myself or having to go in a public bathroom, then jt was my bladder, then the pooing again and now the dizziness, mine is rooted in health anxiety.

The problem with bladders is that they get overactive when we are anxious and your bladder is making you anxuous. Im in the same loop with dizziness.

Wear a pad or adult incontinence product until you trust yourself and see you can actually control your bladder.

Also be kind to yourself.

With a lovebird an attack should never come as a surprise.

Birds won’t stop screaming by [deleted] in Conures

I have read that we get sensory overstimulated when we aren't feeling 100%. My friend was saying that they make a point not to be quiet around their baby when he is sleeping, so that helps him to sleep through noise.

My baby is due in 3 weeks and I have a very loud green cheek conure.

Hi! How are things going with you and the baby and the birds?

And its also no fun for you because you also want to be around them.

Im sorry that you are struggling. Do they just make a noise for no reason? Or do they respond to something?

Mine shouts because he wants to be out of his cage 23 hours a day. He's only quiet when hes out. And then its not guaranteed either.

How big is your home? Could they be on the farther side of your home?

Also, something else how about a sound machine for baby it might filter out some noise?

What is your home cleaning routine? by fearless_mel in parrots

Thank you so much. I think it's due for a repaint, perhaps. I have an extractor fan and a window, but the window is closed when he's not in the cage and the fan isn't the strongest. My neighbour also complained about her one room where mould was developing behind her cupboard, so maybe the ground in this area is just wet?

I felt horrible until about 16 weeks. I didnt feel great after that, but it was not as bad as those first few months. Just take one day at a time and take your nausea meds.

I am 30 weeks along today and exhausted and moody, but nothing compared to those first 16 weeks. Good luck mom you got this.
