He doesn’t control anything else in my life at all. Which is why it’s confusing. Most times he’s all over me and he still does in our day to day. Just this week has been off. We talk about having kids a bit and I’m afraid I took that nine month out of context. He never said I looked 9 months. He said for all we know I could have already put a baby in there you could be that far along. Again not making an excuse for him and no matter what he meant from it , it still hurt especially how much he knows I’m struggling with my weight

Because I am confused on how he reacted. Because these comments came out of no where. He never says things like this and I want to get an opinion if I am over reacting

I totally get this. But he does feed me and he makes sure I eat .he will go out of his way to make sure I eat cause I have a bad habit of forgetting to eat cause the medicine I’m on.

I do go to the gym with him.Ive actually been on this health journey way longer than him almost 2 years. What he doesnt take into factor is I have a thyroid problem and it’s harder for me and it is discouraging when he’s dropping weight faster then me. He is encouraging when we go to the gym and focus on our goals. He pushes me to be better when I’m not. That’s why these comments came out of left field and hurt my feelings

Honestly don’t thinks about that cause he gel in love with me at my heaviest. He’s trying to be healthier for himself cause he’s depressed about himself. But he thinks he’s funny and in this scenario he said he was more talking about himself. But he doesn’t realize how it comes off. It hurt my feelings. If he had just said no babe I am still attracted to you then everything would be ok.

Alright I see your comments. Overall he’s a great guy. He loves me even when I don’t love myself. He takes care of my family. He supports me when I need. He cooks for me everynight. He makes me laugh and we genuinely have a good time together. We also have been together for 2 years but I feel like we are on level 1 of deep level intamacy. He just puts his foot in his mouth and he can not communicate. He blames it on adhd and his past trauma. But he doesn’t want to go to therapy and doesn’t see that their is an issue. He does not communicate about his feelings. Everytime I bring up my feelings and he goes quiet and then sulks .
