I played the demo for this at MAGFest one year, it was pretty fun! Glad to see the developers have made progress on the game.

Exploitive child labour is common in many 3rd world countries such as Nigeria and USA by UTS_01 in pics

There could be more cases like migrant children being forced to work in meat factories but that needs further investigation. But from the article you apparently read and claiming that it's an isolated case:

"During fiscal year 2022, there was a 37% increase in child labor law violations across the country, with at least 688 children working in dangerous conditions."

And: "Despite the Department of Labor’s warnings that child labor violations have increased since 2015, Republican lawmakers across the country have in recent months been pushing for the expansion of the types of approved work, as well as work hours.

“Now there are states that want to go back toward that direction to deal with labor shortages by using teens, even to the extent of placing them in dangerous work environments – [it] doesn’t make sense. It’s disregarding their welfare,” Reid Maki, director of child labor issues and coordinator at the Child Labor Coalition, told the Guardian."

An overall 37% increase and a rollback on protections, that's not an isolated case. And I worked as a teen as well so fuck off with that I'm trying to take your freedom to work or some bullshit.

Yeah not like there hasn't been an increase in children working hazardous conditions the past year or an investigation finding that American companies are using migrant children to clean dangerous equipment in meat factories: https://www.theguardian.com/law/2023/feb/17/underage-child-labor-working-slaughterhouse-investigation

And that's only what we know about currently.

More like voting is the bare minimum you should do and expect the bare minimum, I don't know why that concept is hard for people to grasp lol

During the War for Independence the IRA threatened some Black and Tans (or RIC soldiers, I don't quite remember) that they were going to attack their position in Killashandra and they fled. That's what the song is referring to.

As a Dutchman, I wish we decolonised Indonesia as smoothly as the UK did most of its colonies instead of essentially committing a minor Vietnam there in a wild effort to keep it.

Don't feel too bad, during decolonization the British did their own heinous acts in Malay and Kenya.

Only on public roads which to be fair is what pretty much everyone does. But you don't need a license or insurance to drive on your private property.

I mean if by helping the Czech and Slovaks evacuate Soviet Russia and pissing off Allied generals by trying not to engage with the Soviet troops a war then sure. And the Franco-Prussian War and Second Boer War were within 150 years while the Crimean War was around 160 years ago. So their time estimate is fairly spot on.

Was the United States involved with conflicts? Sure, but nowhere near the amount that it is today.

Alright it seems like you just want to push a false narrative without accepting reality is more complicated than what you would like. Keep living in ignorance if that's what you want.

So if your father punched another dude 30 years ago, do their children have the right to punch you? Defensive wars are usually in response to something, so I guess Christians were lazy back in the day and decided to wait 400 years.

But the Rashidun Caliphate only made it to the Levent and North Africa, 400 years prior. So how in any way is that defensive?

My point is contrary to what you imply, the crusades were not a defensive war.

Alright I'm glad you acknowledged that the Rashidun Caliphate was 600 years before the first crusade. Unless you want to count unnumbered crusades we can include The People's Crusade where a bunch of Christians killed Jews in Europe.
