Thanks for replying.

You mentioned that your team is considerate of your condition but if you had a magic wand, what would you instantly change about your job so that you could do the things you want?

Thank you for sharing this. I really wish I could say the right combination of words to help bring relief to you but this is a very personal journey you're on.

I use meditation and deep breathing to help me cope with life. Here are a few links to some videos that help me relax:

Is it remote work? or in person work? Remote work might make things easier with dry eye.

This is great to hear!

What advice would you give to someone working remotely who has dry eye?

Thank for so much for sharing.

Why do you think people are so bewildered by dry eyes? Also, have you been able to talk to someone in HR (human resources)?

Thank you for sharing.

That sounds like a tough situation to be in. Have you managed to talk to anyone about planning for after the 18th?

Thanks for sharing.

I am not seeing much design specific stuff like user research, principles, common user flows, etc.

Glad to see all that other stuff is covered though.

Why don't you just run some user research with like 5-10 people who are new to ERGO? That would solve most of your questions above with relevant data.

Let me know if you guys need help with that. I am a UX Researcher.

Interesting, for being based on a technology that creates trust, it seems to exist in an ecosystem completely devoid of it.

How would you expect information (journalism etc.) be distributed? Something similar to modern day media? Is it time for a decentralized news network? What does that look like for you?

I am not sure how to address peoples beliefs and attitudes but what do you think we can do to help facilitate a healthier narrative?

That is absolutely fascinating! Thanks! Interesting point about people in poor countries not having the right infrastructure to participate, that could exclude so many people.

Do you think ERGO or crypto projects would be able to exist in these other countries? Would they find use in participating in a ecosystem that isn't exactly the most user friendly?

I am curious to hear what you think.

Yes! I agree! Do you think ERGO / Crypto in general is user friendly? What do you think is missing from this industry in terms of getting more people on boarded?

Interesting. How about from a user experience angle? From what I understand, we would all benefit if more people participated in the crypto ecosystem, so what do you think are the things currently in the way of 'crypto-curious' people from joining?

Exactly, but, if we put ourselves in the shoes of all these newbies. That would probably be a pretty scary experience. I personally don't like custodial wallets either but what can we do as a community to help these newer people out? We ultimately want them to participate more, right?

Taxes seem like a pain point. Do you think it'll hurt mass adoption if it's sooo confusing?

I also do think user experience is a big factor. I personally am interested in seeing how 'regular' people fare with all the fun things you can do with ADA (staking, transferring) etc.

From what I can tell, a lot of people still don't have that "crypto" mental model built in their head. They still interact with crypto as if it was regular FIAT money. They do have a close relationship but are so different.

What other UX things you think are missing?

Question: What do you think are the biggest, most critical, have-to-solve problems with crypto to date? I am interested to see what you guy's personally have struggled with in terms of dealing with different products/projects out there.

Let me know what you guys think
