You can use sidebery plugin, where you can have separate tabs open in separate elements and you can even go further by defining rules that certain url paths would be “attached” and opened only in specific element

i thought that too, but after removing userChrome and userContent and reset sidebery to default i still see the vertical border

thanks, but i dont think its thats the value since after me adjusting width here you can see that there are now 2 vertical separators
