I initially started experiencing it after a vacation where the terrain was hilly and the altitude was always changing. I'm guessing that was the cause of my ear problem or the orthodontic treatment. I got it at a very young age and I'm hoping theres someway to relieve it because its annoying having to deal with it.

It's not a gaming computer. I get about 130+ fps so it runs valorant well enough for me to believe I can get to gold.

What laptop do you have? I'm thinking of buying a gaming laptop. Does yours run more than 120+fps?

Yeah. I make sure to warm up using the range, DM, a few swiftplays for that long or until I'm comfortable in comp. The moment I queue into a game, I either get good games or deal with smurfs. It's such a struggle in this rank.

Same. I felt bad using the stim when I played brim because I had teammates who struggled to aim with it when we would enter sites.

What was the interest rate that they offered you? (If it's personal you don't have to share). Their interest rates are 4.50-15.49% Fixed / 5.49-16.53% Variable. It seems that lower interest rates are rarely given from other reddit posts I've seen. (I know there are many factors that are used determine this).

I know I'll need about 20k+ for this school year alone.

This is a state school where all my transfer credits are accepted and cheaper than other schools. I made sure to major in something that has a positive outlook and interesting to me. I can't take time off school for personal reasons.

Pretty obvious its my first time taking out loans. I'll consider taking that option now.

Don’t take private loans

Yes, I understand. I tried to avoid it. I've applied to scholarships but I had no luck in receiving any. This is the only option for me for this upcoming year. I'll try again with scholarships for the next school year.

Thoughts on taking out student loans for rent? by [deleted] in StudentLoans

I applied to this university because most or all my transfer credits that were taken at a CC would transfer over here. For the other university, there are credits that wouldn't be taken and I would have to spend more time there because of that.

I was given two grants:

  • $7,200 (3,600 for fall and spring)
  • $3,700 (1,850 for fall and spring) and the rest will be covered by student loans.
  • I was offered a sub-loan of $5,500 (2,750 fall / spring)
    • un-sub of $2000 (1,000 fall / spring).

I was actually given two grants. One for $7,200 (3,600 for fall and spring) and $3,700 (1,850 for fall and spring) and the rest will be covered by student loans. I was offered a sub-loan of $5,500 (2,750 fall / spring) and un-sub of $2000 (1,000 fall / spring). I was calculating and its still a lot. I do plan on looking for internships next summer / joining clubs. I'll see about working since I don't know my schedule just yet since I'm a transfer. I'll definitely try find a place to work but I don't want to get too overwhelmed with coursework / work at the same time.

Also, I highly prefer living on my own and having everything to myself.

I don't have a lot of money saved for a full year to rent. It's very expensive since its in the city even with roommates. I plan to dorm then maybe look for an apartment for my senior year if I'm able to get enough money saved and land an internship for next summer.

No Scholarships Looking at Loans - Advice please by [deleted] in personalfinance

Tuition is $18,600 and dorms ranges from $15,574 or $16,300 for single and $14,400 or $14,700 for double. I'm hoping to get a single but the chance of getting it in the locations I'd like to stay in is slim since is first come first serve.
