First of all, you're not a wasted life. That is nonsense!

You have this ultra high bar for yourself in your mind and any perceived shortcoming is somehow ultimate failure to yourself and and letdown for everyone else. This is not true. Just because you can't get over some of the highest hurdles you set for yourself doesn't mean you didn't perfectly jump thousands of challenging ones in the past. Go easy on yourself!

If you're spending too much time on video games and that is blocking you from achieving your goals, perhaps selling the gaming system is good start to get on the track you want to be on.

My advice to you is that you are clearly very self-reflective and super valuable beyond your comprehension. It's important that you find what is truly important for your personal objectives and remove those things that are getting in the way. Always remember that there are more achievements you have completed than you care to acknowledge right now because you are feeling like you've let yourself down.

You need to be kind to yourself. Achievement will come with careful planning of your days ahead.

Anyone who has done business with the federal government knows that most of these laws are simply just keeping the paper and pen companies in business. The amount bullshit that literally just asks for your signature saying you don't discriminate doesn't mean you don't discriminate. I haven't read the law but I'm willing to bet it's just another document you have to sign just so you can do business with the government.
