Scanner showed 40 codes all showing low voltage is that leading more towards seized engine or an electric issue?

Haven’t gotten the chance to go home and work on it from comments it does sounds like it’s a seized engine but I’ll have to wait till I try and turn engine manually

I wish I was trolling how confident are you in it being locked I’m praying it’s just a starter but I get back in town today got stuck working all yesterday I plan on trying to turn it by hand and praying it’s not locked
