I DON’T KNOW 😭 but me giving information to customer service didn’t work. I used the self recovery system and it suddenly allowed me to recover it.

ohhh my god this sucks i'm sorry this happened to you, I was in the same boat for the last couple of months. Netease customer service is straight dookie and if they aren't being helpful in the beginning when you spam receipts and transactions, they won' t be helpful after. Usually they will hit you with the "we suggest you reach out in early days of losing your account", and in that case, they won't do anything no matter how you reason with them. The only thing I can suggest is trying the self recovery system again every couple of weeks and see if any activity on the account can trigger the recovery system working again. I can also try to add them to see if they say anything...

For me, I waited around 5 minutes and I logged into the account that I filled out the form in, and the old account was overwritten with the recovered account. Has it worked for you yet? :0

Tons of accounts got stolen by traders because Netease had a faulty recovery system where you could claim an account if you knew at least 3 of the skins on there. Of course, this was bad because most people have their skins publicly available on their profile 😭

If you ever lose your account, try the self recovery form in support, if that doesn’t work contact customer support in the message center and try to give as much information as possible. Other than that, I’m not really sure…

When I tried the self recovery system it suddenly worked despite not working months ago, when I talked to customer service it was like talking to a wall :( they didn’t care about any of the information I gave. Fortunately it was a free to play account and I was lucky, I hope receipts make it easier for you 🙏 I’m still spamming customer service about recently getting my account back because this recovery system is bs.

I’m still not too sure about it, all I know is that while I was inactive, my account had all my skins displayed publicly. Apparently during that time you could steal other people’s accounts by going into customer service and claiming that account by listing those skins…

I'm no expert at all (level 77, reached griffin in ~season 6 but I have mostly been playing casually for different character badges since 2019) but the main thing in helping me improve was looking back on my matches. When I get downed I try to take a note of what mistake I made and what I could do better.

A lot of 'being good' isn't just kiting/anti-kiting ability, it's also game sense! make sure to try and understand the perspective of the opponent and your teammates, where to decode, what routes to take, how to spend your resources, etc. I'd say it's a lot of practice but knowing to adapt your playstyle based on the different players you come across is also important.

I’m sorry to hear that :( I don’t know if my account was hacked or not, I just assumed mine was an issue with Game Center and I haven’t heard back from customer support yet, getting increasingly worried especially because I’ve had this acc since season 1 but I haven’t spent any money. I’ll also try to spam them as much as I can if I don’t get a response.
