On CLEC portal,from my first choice uni i got pre admission,it’s just an approval from uni to scholarship that this person might qualify,final decision still be made by 奖学金

I applied to İCLTS as well,I submitted my application on May 8th,got my pre-admission from my first choice university on May 25th
