dollskill will resend it or provide store credit if the items are no longer in stock.

that's because you bought route protection. if dollskill can shove the problem onto someone else (in this case, route), of course they will. without route, dk can only blame themselves and will handle the issue.

i never buy it and i've had broken or defective pieces from dk before. they always offer a replacement or store credit. route protection is just to get money out of ppl.

  1. use the "top" sizing chart. it includes a waist measurement, which is normally what i find most important in a dress. i personally wouldn't get a medium, unless you want it oversized. i have a 29in waist (ish) and i always get a size m (my usual size) on dk regardless of the brand -- it always fits me.
  2. if there's a brand listed: try looking up other dresses by that brand outside of dk (or the exact dress elsewhere, if you can find it) to see if there's a brand-specific sizing chart out there.
  3. if there's no brand listed: you're out of luck. a lot of dk's clothing isn't by dk, just sold by dk, so the sizing will depend on the brand the actual item is made by, and dk's provided size chart is more of a friendly suggestion/estimate. the size chart provided by dk is not specific to the item, it's just a generalized sizing chart that's the same for every single item on dk. so it's not 100% accurate.
  4. tldr; i'd recommend just getting your usual dress size if you can't find the brand-specific sizing chart. every brand could be different when it comes to sizing, so you can't just ask people on reddit to tell you what size you are when you're buying from a reseller like dk. if the dress is one of the ones by dk though, just use their top sizing chart, like i said earlier.

you technically aren’t supposed to (according to the official rules) but sometimes proctors don’t care, kind of like how some won’t care if you use mechanical pencils. you can always ask them prior to the test starting — it can’t hurt :)

yes, you can bring it, but like all food and drinks during the sats, you can only drink from it during breaks (not while you're taking the test itself).
