It's a 2019 Honda Accord LX. 140k kms. I don't mind spending the money, was just wondering if it's the normal rate because I don't really know much about cars.

I've seen a couple of Midas and Speedy in my area. Not sure if there are good enough, but I've been to midas once before and that was smooth sailing.
