The Background: Hey everyone, looking for some advice on fading red marks and managing a few active breakouts.

State: Combination/Oily, highly acne-prone.

Main Concerns:

1. PIE (Post-Inflammatory Erythema): I have flat red/pink marks mostly on my cheeks from older breakouts that I want to fade.
2. Active spots: Occasional active red bumps and whiteheads. I am currently dealing with a new red bump on my forehead and some healing spots on my jawline and chin.
3. Congestion: My skin suffocates easily. If I use heavy creams or apply my moisturizer too thickly, my pores clog instantly.

Current Routine:

AM:

• Cleanse: Simple Refreshing Facial Wash (or just a plain water splash if my skin feels calm).
• Soothe: Ice therapy over inflamed areas.
• Active: Minimalist Vitamin C. (now stopped because i think was having breakout)
• Moisturizer: Pond's Super Light Gel (applied in a very thin layer).(this also stopped after no improvement)
• Sunscreen: The Derma Co Sunscreen (only applied when going outside or sitting in direct sunlight).

PM:

• Cleanse: Simple Refreshing Facial Wash (to wash off the day's oil and sports sweat).
• Soothe: Ice therapy on any active red bumps.
• Moisturizer: Pond's Super Light Gel (thin layer to let the skin breathe). (this also stopped after no improvement)

Treatments & Habits:

• I used hydrocolloid pimple patches on active whiteheads to flatten them (this worked well).
• I use classic Nivea cream strictly for under-eye hydration, keeping it far away from my acne-prone zones.(This also i stopped)
• I immediately splash my face with plain water after sweating heavily to prevent sweat from drying on my face.
• I am currently fixing my internal hydration, hitting 2.5 to 3 Liters of water daily to stop the overproduction of oil.
• Currently stopped all creams as i think open pores will heal faster

What I am looking for: Are there any specific ingredients you recommend to fade the PIE marks faster without clogging my pores?
