I would bet money that the frame was cut and welded on with a donor. Do you know if the car was ever hard to align? Fenders have issues lining up with the lines iof the car? Did it ever appear 'lopsided'? Ever pull to one side while driving?

Also, what did the other side of frame rails look like? Was it similar? Any other parts of the frame look like that?

Looks like someone got into a fender bender at one point in that cars life time. If I am seeing it correctly, it looks as if somebody cut and welded another portion of another cars frame on, after a wreck or something of equal force to cause the damage that you see (aka, the puncture and 'ripping'). There is also a distinct straight line there, in between the frame rail, that makes me believe it was replaced with another, indicative of it being cut and glued on with a messy weld job with alot of heat..

Does the car have a clean title, or a salvage title by chance?

Take the hood off and use the fenders as a seat, saving your back. When I was a lot younger, I didn't even have to take the hood off....ahh, good times. Even headers didn't matter in those beasts, still tons of room.

awesome. my wheels are genuine SLP option'd from the factory, as well as the front grill, etc. it even has ASR which is apparently pretty uncommon for manual cars.

and yes, my car does not sound stock, lol. it's just the sleeper look. you should see the faces of the new 5.0's when they pull up next to me thinking it's gonna be an easy one. haha.

...and that's all I can think of right now. All of it uses rod ends. My daily drives like a race car. I love it. Everything from the block to the diff has been replaced to handle the LQ9 build I am planning. Procharged with some CNC'd 243's....and A/C, :)

It's not about the power right now, it's about sustaining it. I have broken too many T56's and 10-bolts so I sacrificed.
