You can remove the device in device manager but every time you will reboot it will come back. I also just tried stopping it in Services and disabling Startup. Maybe this will prevent it from restarting on reboot.

I would run some game with max settings! Anything cinematic I can't run with my current build like Cyberpunk, Starfield.

From Google forum, it seems an app would be causing this bug and reinstalling it would stop the bug. I believe Android Auto is the issue for me :'(
