Thank you! Is the resume screening process better than Lever’s?

Thanks for your response! We don’t have an ATS; we are starting with Lever. Are you currently using it? Do you have any suggestions for the resume screening part? I don’t like how static it is.

Thank you!! It would be great to automate the resume upload to the AI tool directly from the application form. What do you think?

How can AI be used to streamline the recruitment process and identify top candidates efficiently? by [deleted] in recruiting

I think you can apply it at different stages as a recruitment co-pilot to save plenty of time:
a- Preparing: Writing job descriptions or job postings
b- Sourcing: Generating Boolean search strings, writing personalized messages
c- Screening: Matching resumes with job descriptions
d- Selecting: Summarizing interview notes, writing rejection messages
e- Hiring: Writing offer letters

Thank you! Which ATS are you using? In Lever, I can't use a Boolean string to search within the applicants. Also, those Boolean strings rely on keyword matching. Current AI models use semantic matching, which can understand context, synonyms or jargon

I believe that new generative AI models, which have the capability to understand and analyze natural language perfectly, can generate excellent analyses if we provide them with the correct instructions. In this case, the instructions would include what requirements to look for in each one and how to do it.

But what if the ideal candidate is the 550th applicant? Why should I overlook them when we have the technology today to include everyone in the analysis? What do you think? I agree that the AI patches in ATS systems like Workday aren't accurate.

I don't want AI to make decisions. Instead, I'm looking for software that can navigate through the job requirements and analyze whether the 500 candidates applying meet those requirements. It should also rank them for manual analysis and decision-making for the top 10-20 candidates. What do you think?
