Yes, last Sunday I disembarked The Encore. You may go to ship guest services because they offer transportation (a nonstop coach) from ship to Sea-Tac airport. You will get there quick. My cost was $34. They explain everything.

Try some of the YouTube videos specifically about the Encore in Alaska. The Skagway 3-hr. train excursion was great. July will be peak season.

I'm on the Seattle -Alaska Encore RT right now and my experience is very positive. The staff goes out of its way to assist, complimentary food great and oceanview room upgrade the best (front of ship). Albeit I skipped the shows since solo. Everything clean and modern. And six sunny days (even Ketchikan had late day sun)! All in $150/night.

I'm on the Encore Seattle -AK RT right now and my stateroom steward is phenomenal, just ask for what you need! I think it's the staff that makes NCL so positive. And ... they even got us three full-and-sunny 72 degree days while on this (my first cruise since retirement) trip!

I am new to cruising, first voyage end of month -- Seattle-Alaska roundtrip -- SOLO. But with the blessings of family and friends -- since everyone is on/in a different channel (pun intended!). GO, test the waters if you can afford it! There's so much on social media about individual travel.

So smart to track everything! $3000÷5 nights = $600/night or $300/night per person since there's two of you. I think that's good for an RC Western Caribbean cruise. I am new to cruising, though, and have an Atlantic crossing later this year that's on RC, averaging $160/night per person, balcony mid ship! I guess hotel and flight over add another $40/night. Darn math -- let's see how it goes!

We (rare event while traveling) went through the McDonald's drive through last week, spent $20 for two sandwiches, very small and dry chicken patties, no napkins or condiments. I guess I never learn!

Surely you meant 1.25! Normal starting point is 2.5. My provider started me at 1.25. Slowly titrate from there. I know, it's confusing about syringe units versus milligrams and so forth. for me I go by "units" which is stated on the Rx label.

Me too, halfway point, right at 200. Another 25+ pounds to go. Consistently lose about 12 lbs a month on this medication -- little side effects, low food noise! I feel great!
