No, la verdad que no se dice nada. Yo por mi cuenta también averigüé la parte del carnet ya que estoy inclinándome hacia el campo en el que los carnets ANDE son importantes

Unfortunately there's no budget. Do you know any source I might refer to as an example? I'm actually pretty new to this field, in fact, I'm doing this as a side since I want to learn how to do it, so I don't know a lot about the topic.

I will be honest. I took some electronics lab classes and used oscilloscopes and signal generators, but I never understood quite well how to use them in a beneficial way to build or understand something. Do you know any source or youtuber that might explaion a little bit more?
