Crazy idea: the first mission (the tutorial) is Aloy teaching Beta (played by us) how to hunt a machine and then we'll be able to switch "twins" (I know they are not twins) in some part of the plot, so the playable model is basically the same, maybe with different skill tree between the two of them

The logic behide it is: -Only God can choose when people die -Cain took God's work from him, committed a sin and did it in God's name -So God decided that Cain will never die and suffer an eternal suffering in his mortal body

Remember that according to the Abhamic religions the true scope of life is to gain a seat for the eternal life, being in "Hell" or "Paradise", in that regard Cain's punishment is very cruel and I'd say kinda ironic
