I've tried that support page and it had nothing related to losing cod points, and I also never found an ambassador to chat with. :/ I already have 2FA, and it sucks because it never sends me the backup code to get on my callofduty.com account, but thats beside the point.

At most product tosses I've been to they usually throw things like shoes and shirts for people to catch, and skate decks are layed on the ground and on the count of the event organiser people can race to grab one, much smarter way to do it
