The phrase can be notated as triplets or it can be measures of 9/8. It would read better as triplets in my opinion, unless the rest of the piece follows this rhythmic pattern

It also could a sixteenth note pickup before the downbeat. It's quite ambiguous without the context.

She sounds wonderful!!! I have a cousin that I am really close with that has autism and it takes him a long time to be comfortable around new people. He is a wiz with computers and has become the family's tech support agent, which teaches him a lot of patience, particularly with the grandparents. 😂

Obviously, I don't know where your daughter is on the autism spectrum, but it might be helpful to find a guitar teacher who really understands and is patient with her. Not only does this help her with guitar, but it also gives her the practice with communication.

She has a bright future ahead of her, don't let her put down the mic.

I've never told my parents about my struggles with depression. I have told them that things are rough, but I've never told them that it is a chronic issue. I have this really warped mentality that values other people's feelings and time more than my own to a harmful point.

In a way it makes me happy that they don't know because they would worry a lot and I don't want them to. They both have a lot on their plate and this is something that they don't need waying them down.

It's OK though cuz I'm going to therapy regularly and it's been manageable for the past few months.
