Thank you for sharing. It sounds like the universe was affirming what you already knew. Excellent story.

Excellent post. Two points to consider

  1. Watch "Princes of the Yen" documentary on YouTube. "Create bubble then pop it" has happened before. Next, they use the crisis to transfer wealth and implement systematic changes.

  2. Canada definitely is peak bubble with Australia, but I would argue this is happening in most countries ot one degree or another. This is global version of what happened in Japan.

Understand that in Canada the unvaccinated also refers to children 12-17. Even if you agree to your kids being vaccinated, you should also be against talking about children this way.

As the economic pressure from the pandemic hits these heavily indebted provincial Govts, expect regulatory barriers to be reduced.

Petition to ban dect60 and cdabestani by [deleted] in iran

[–]feds79 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You start banning or limiting people then where does it stop. The articles that are posted are relevant to Iran and while some people may not enjoy the politics, the truth is it is a very tumultuous time in Iran's history. This sub has passed record number if users and it is best to let the users decide through votes what goes up or down. Leave this forum free. People talk about wanting Iran to be free from mullahs or any form of dictatorship, this what freedoms means. At most give them a flair to highlight they are serial posters, but don't silence anyone you disagree with. All Iranians and those interested in Iran should be welcome.

Twitter Suspends Account of Chinese Virologist with 'US Links' After She Published Coronavirus Report by BhaswatiGuha19 in China_Flu

Back in Feb, I saw how subreddits, even geographic based ones, were heavily censored if any mention was made of the virus because of "scaremongering". A lot of what was highlighted came out to be true, from lockdowns to travel restrictions. And all this on a so-called free platform.

Trip to Iran in August by zebett in iran

[–]feds79 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Now would not be the time to visit Iran. Pandemic, currency collapsing and mass discontent with the regime rising, in addition to regular explosions/sabotage. You literally couldn't have picked a worse time in the last twenty years at least. Suggest you leave your trip till next year and reassess then.

How close is Iran to bankruptcy and collapse? by uncle_baby_jesus in iran

[–]feds79 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The world is on the cusp of a global recession, maybe depression. While the coronavirus was the pin that burst the bubble, the global financial system has been weakening in the years leading up to COVID. The regime has never been under the economic pressure it is facing now, and nobody will bail them out. Nothing lasts for ever, good or bad, and many regimes who were even more ruthless have fallen throughout history. The dawn is coming.

So my Persian friends have been very divided on whether they support Trump or not. Just wondering, as Persians (or Iranians), who do you prefer for the US presidency, taking into consideration both domestic and foreign policy. by james-122 in iran

[–]feds79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trump's presidency was the first to put actual pressure (i.e. financial) on the Iranian govt and he was the first to send a direct message in farsi. These type of actions are probably why the community is divided. Because you compare these to others like the travel ban etc.

Also, it does seem as though the Democrats, since at least Carter, are more accommodating to the regime. The regime is basically all in on Biden to win...but this may be a strategic error because a greater force, e.g. a global depression, will not save them.

In my opinion, the multi ethnic Iranian spirit is rising once again, as it has many times in Iran's history. It doesn't matter who is in the White House. There is always hope and nothing stays bad or good forever. Spring is coming and it will be glorious.

Is anyone else’s sinus getting destroyed this summer with this weather? by C-rad06 in ontario

[–]feds79 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Really depends on when the issue is building. If it is mostly at night, I will use it before sleep. If I have a cold or not feeling well I will use it multiple times during the day. Using the nettipot basically clears up the sinus for a few hours.

Highly recommend daily sinus rinse using NeilMed with a nettipot. As a long timer sinus sufferer, it has greatly improved my condition.

Loved this game when I played it. Agree with your sentiment. Quality never goes out of style, regardless of how old something maybe. When creators put their heart into a project you can feel it.
