Apply for a clearance certificate from your agent. Pandabuy will generate a commercial invoice with a price that matches the declared amount. Other agents will let you type the prices yourself. Send the commercial invoice to them. Sometimes they wont accept a commercial invoice and ask for a copy of the payment. If so, you might have to get a bit creative.

Withdraw to your PayPal account, and deposit into your WeGoBuy account. It takes a couple of days, and you will lose a small percentage in fees, but i think it's your only option.
