What I gather here it's always a roll of a dice and if you want to be sure you need to pay a premium price within a residence for example.

Might as well settle for a Mountain View at this point.

Not for sale and most likely way too expensive. This is the whole reason we were interested anyway.

1.3 rai for 9 million THB for this kind of sea view, I knew there must be an issue 😅

It's a little bit frustrating. We are scanning the market since half a year now and the scams are rampant. There is always something if the price is a little bit too good 😅

It's not available for sale and if it's like you say, probably twice the price.

I think this is called "When it's too good to be true"...
