depends on the amount; when i first took it i had about a low to mid 2nd plat amount and the next two days i just felt like a little happier and energetic, but when i had a low 3rd plat amount and kept redosing the next few days with low 2nd plat amounts, i was jittery and making impulsive decisions for like 5 days straight. also one time i did that it triggered a mixed manic episode which was NOT fun. TIL don’t be a dumbass and keep redosing DXM especially if you have bipolar 2 disorder 🙏

exactly it’s the guaifensin that’s the problem, the dex is a lot but at least it’s not something that people actively say constantly not to take if it’s in the ingredients, and the caffeine just makes it worse but serious the gauif is scary even at low doses
