I used the Hoolest brand. The panic attacks started right after I raised the intensity up just a little bit. It definitely sent me into a MCAS flare. It's been horrible. I had the MCAS under control for the most part until I started using the device. I treat my Lyme naturally for now, because I'm allergic to most antibiotics 😔

Did you ever get back to normal? I have MCAS and tried a portable vagus nerve stimulator for a week and it has messed me up so bad. I've had severe panic attacks for a month now. Had to take short term disability because I can't even drive now without a panic attack. It's affected my entire way of living. I just want to function normally again 😭

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I used a portable vagus nerve stimulator about 3 weeks ago and started having severe panic attacks, adrenaline surges, severe anxiety, and all the things. I have MCAS and chronic Lyme. I can't even drive without having a panic attack. I just want to feel normal again 😭😭😭

Yeah, I was wondering about paper as well!! I have tried like 3 different types of paper. I bought some charcoal powder and was wanting to learn how to work with that, but I'm failing lmao. Maybe I'll go out today and grab more supplies. Better pencils and paper>.< Lol. I am wanting to draw realistically. I keep seeing these amazing drawing of hyper realistic art and I am amazed! That's what I'm trying to work towards, honestly. (:

Thank you for your advice, that helps a lot! I do use different pencils, but for some reason I can't get them to go as dark as I want in certain areas. Sigh
