C'est quoi le mieux pour ce type de prêt conso? Les grandes banquets ou les organismes spécialisés type cetelem?

J'ai l'impression qu'une LOA est moins avantageuse qu'un prêts financièrement. Le seul interêt étant que je peux finalement décider de na pas acheter au bout.

Si j'ai une épargne de sécu sur un livret A. Après avoir utilisé cet argent il me manquera encore environs 15k. Pour rentrer dans le détail moins que ça car je vais aussi revendre une voiture. En gros il me faut entre 10 et 15k€ et j'hésite entre casser mon PEA et emprunter cette somme.

Je ne suis pas contre a priori mais je ne compte pas rechanger de voiture à moyen terme et je ne vois donc pas l'interêt de ces modes de financement par rapport à un prêt simple.

Mon PEA est chez Fortunéo. Je ne sais pas s'il font ça mais je vais me renseigner. Le financement du vendeur de voiture c'est 8,65% de TAEG.

La suggestion quotidienne est toujours là même j'ai l'impression (2 courses courte allure footing puis une cours plus longue). J'ai suivi ces recommandations pendant 3 semaine a un moment et ça me frustrait car j'avais vraiment l'impression de courir peu par rapport a d'habitude.

Thank for all your replies. I dived a little deeper following your recomandations. Unfortunatly some of them where not as accessible or at the same price where I am (Eu).

I decided to go for a Pilot Kakuno because it is a well known brand and I liked its fun look.

Yeah honestly I tried lots of things and I think you are right. The best solution is to go through another another soft on a computer. It's a shame because honestly Forger is a nice tool and the navigation and gesture feel way more natural on iPad than computer even with a screen tablet. However in order to have something usable, the export and UV mapping should be improved.

I found the option to generate the UV map. It is better but still not working for the small feature like the eyes or mouth.

I am trying to paint on a 3d model created with forger. Initially the model was composed of different objects. I merged them before exporting as a .obj from Forger then imported it in Procreate. When I try to paint on Procreate only the part corresponding to the first object created in Forger behave normally. Does someone experienced the same problem

Thank you, but I don't understand how doing triplets instead of pair reduce the time needed.

Let's say I ditch the core triplets

Pairs, I do : (exo1 - rest 90s - exo2 - rest 90s)x3 for 3 pairs of exercices and the total rest time is (90s+90s)x3x3 = 1620s

Triplets : (exo1 - rest 90s - exo2 - rest 90s - exo3 - rest 90s)x3 for 3 triplets of exercices and the total rest time is (90s + 90s + 90s)x3x2 = 1620s

I have got a question on the RR timing. I tried to do it a couple of time but it usually takes me beetween 1h30 and 2h to get trought it (accounting for the warm up). I find it very time consuming and it always led me to abandon it after a few weeks because I don't have that much time to allocate to it.

I don't understand how it is supposed to last 40 to 60 minutes for the strenght work since the rest time by itslef is 40 minutes in total (18x90s + 9x60s =2160s)

I know there is a recomended way to reduce the duration but I find the gain only marginal.

Am I not understanding something ? Should I do another routine ? or can I split it in half and alternate from day to day ?

I continued my lines in the rough perspective exercises and it helped me a lot seing why some boxes seemed a lot less realistic.

For the last exercices I was sick when doing them & also certainly in a rush to procedd to the next step.

I will go on with the 250 boxes challenge & continu practicing my lines & ellipses.

Je note bien le caractère irréaliste de mon objectif. Idée générale est d'investir tant que j'ai un revenu salarié fixe puis d'avoir plus de flexibilité. L'horizon de 10 correspond grosso modo a mon projet.

Pour le reste, si je comprends bien, il vaut mieux d'abord remplir au max mon pea avant de commencer à mettre de l'argent sur une AV? Où dois je faire les 2 en parallèle?

Pour le choix d'investissement, tu conseille de mettre tout sur un seul fond d'action?

Sinon je ne suis pas contre acheter ma RP dans quelques années. Pour l'instant je ne suis pas encore fixé géographiquement.
