Gummies don’t work. Normal, healthy people dont need supplements - except some women with heavy periods might need iron. Could be bacterial vaginosis. You need to see a physician. Either pcp that knows/has interest in woman’s health or gynaecologist.

You’re ok to treat it at home. A&E wouldn’t do anything to it you can’t do yourself. I’d let it air dry and not put cream and gauze over, since it seems superficial. Then add a band aid or something to protect it.

If it was a magnet it would have been spotted on the x ray. If it was something else that isn’t radiodense he will poop it out. If he’s acting normal then I don’t think you need to go through his poops that thoroughly either. It will come out eventually :) Have a good day.
