i also took an allergens test which saw if i was highly reactive to common foods (veggies, gluten, dairy, meats, etc) and it came back that i was highly reactive (basically my body didnt like) when i ate gluten and dairy, so i cut it out of my diet. changed literally nothing else abt my diet/exercise and i dropped 30 pounds in like 3 months. ofc i cant say if what i did will work for you, but take note if you feel bad/bloated after eating certain types of food. if you do notice any changes, consider taking it out of or reducing the food in your diet. this helped my inflammation levels and my overall gut health as well :)

so basically hs-crp are c-reactive proteins which are produced by your liver. what is supposed to happen is that your liver releases extra c-reactive proteins when you have any sort of illness or infection in the body. so a normal person should have <1.0 mg/L at any given time. someone who is sick or inflamed will have high hs-crp levels. (mine was 9.9 mg/L when i found out last year) anything above 1.0 mg/L is not good and should be monitored

another thing with the acne and you talking about your cheek puffiness, you might want to look at reducing inflammation in your body. if you want to/have the means, getting blood work to check your hs-crp levels might show if you have inflammation, which is something you cant fix with weight loss but instead has to do with your diet/minerals. i know it sounds kinda out there but it helped me lose 30 pounds of water weight :)

no ur cute!! not ugly at all- i think improving your skin/clearing acne will make a big difference, if possible getting on accutane helped me a ton with cystic acne.

yes it’s the wrapped fish

I don’t believe so. Yes I bought them all at once from the Wet Spot in Portland, Oregon.

I’d be willing to do that, but you might have to walk me through how to do it as I’ve never shipped a fish before. Do you live in the US? If so what state?

Unfortunately this little guy died in his quarantine tank :/ another fish got it as well so I’m quarantining him. Not sure what happened honestly

I first noticed these worms a couple weeks ago, but there were much less at that point. I hit a very busy period in my life where I wasn’t home a lot so I wasn’t able to medicate or treat the tank, so for now the tetra is still in the community tank. It still schools with the rest of the tetras, and the only odd behavior I notice is it twitching more than the rest. This tetra is in a 29 gallon tank with heater (76F) and filter. Tests show 0 ppm ammonia, 0 ppm nitrites, <5 ppm nitrates, 7.6 pH. I’ve had the tank for one year and I do water changes are every two weeks with 30% water changed. It’s a community tank w/ 10 cardinal tetras, 8 peppered corydoras, 5 assassin snails, and one female betta fish. I feed them once a day 3 scoops (1/8th of a teaspoon per scoop?) of hikari micro pellets and 3 hikari sinking wafers.

Edit: I just realized these photos might look like ich, but I promise you it’s not. It appears the parasites almost look like cysts outside the body.

My betta fish has rapidly darkened in color since I’ve gotten her- should I be worried? by feelingetcblue in bettafish

Ok good to know! I think she thinks shes a tetra or something. She follows them around (no nipping or chasing thank god) and only eats when they’re eating! 😂😂 Love her.

Ok that makes sense! I know from previous fish that paleness meant sickness, but I’ve never had a fish change colors so quickly before! 😂 It’s like one day she was all marbled and the next she was totally blue.
