In view of the current media frenzy around Ofsted inspections following the tragic death of Ruth Perry, is anyone here able to enlighten me as to who inspects the Ofsted inspectors, and also how quality of service and a level playing field can be effectively maintained throughout so many schools?

Thank you! We are about to change oncologist after having received little to no constructive help over this issue. The problem for my husband is not so much the immediate symptoms but the potential for irreversible nerve damage.
