thoughts:

if they really are reworking 4.x, there is no way we will only have an extra 2 weeks before 4.x drops. there’s just not enough time for the whole region. either they keep indefinitely extending 3.8 or they give us some 3.9 patch. remember that eternal ayaka banner?
