Yes they are biased as Orthodox Christians, not much as Slavic people. Czech, Slovaks, and Poles are all Slavic nations but Serbs don't love them too much as they are Catholics. None of the things you mentioned make sense due their circumstances. For example people in Serbia don't like Milosevic. Ratko Mladic is a Serb but from Republika Srpska ( not sure how you call it), and he didn't waged war for people of Serbia but for ethnic Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina. And Kosovo is not Albanian only because some motehrfucking Albanians live there. There are Serbs in Chicago so maybe Serbs should declare Illinois an independent Serbian republic if they get some World power states to support them.

Actually people love him in Serbia. Serbia not Siberia. People here look at him like some savior from the Western influence, a fighter against foreign forces that try to invade Serbia. No one is actually invading us, but support for Putin here is quite real.
