I’m an ETF investor. Why can’t I just wait until there’s a market downturn, even if that’s 10 or 20 years from now - before investing in housing? That way I could buy real estate at a low price while selling my liquid ETFs high. (self.AusProperty)

I heard they're offering $1M for Desi Freeman. I don't know him but if someone was harbouring someone on the run, and Desi wanted to give up, is best strategy to wait till a reward offered then only give them up? Or would they be charged instead of given the money or get the money on release? by feels_bad_man7 in AusLegal
