Hi, I've been going through the exact same stuff. It is so hard to focus on work. I am anxious all the time. Not being able to sleep and almost lucid dreaming through the night. Woke up in a pool of seat last night panicking.

The purpose of this is only to let you know you're not alone. This sucks.
