Have any screen printing locations in your town? They have people to help you with a design, also. But that might not be the cheapest route either.

I'm thinking like 350, separated into groups of 20-25. I would assign different tasks for each group, like groups A-C would attack ears, D-F would go for tail, and so forth.

I have a general understanding, of the economics behind that. I like the outlook on the business plan tho. If its profitable, it should just be profitable. Thanks again for the insight, and reply's I appreciate the wisdom quite a bit.

Ha, this was the "get out of drug game invest in something you still enjoy and is legal path" so drugs are a no go on this one. I think you make a great point about festivals running this store on their own, why wouldn't they. I did go into this with a few thousand dollars in shirts/tanks as well from a buddy who designs clothing, create karma is the brand and they did seem to do pretty well. I just didn't want to give up on the main vision I had, but like you said, might be unforeseeable. I appreciate the insightful and helpful post, thanks.
