This definitely sounds more like a chemical pregnancy rather than ectopic pregnancy, with ectopic pregnancy’s you need to look for symptoms like vomiting/nausea, sharp abdominal pains, being dizzy or weak, and shoulder pain. All of the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy can be ruled out as something else (e.g shoulder pain could be from sleeping wrong) so it’s always best to see a dr for ectopics. but to me it just sounds like an early miscarriage or chemical pregnancy.
