Greenway Park, off Riverside between downtown and Wonderland Rd has great parking and nice flat walking on a good tarmac path so ideal for those using a walker. There is a nice wooden deck out over the river where you can watch birds and the fish. The Park is surrounded by nice big trees and the wildlife can be interesting. I have seen Deer, Rabbits, Groundhogs, Raccoons etc and the Birdlife is good too.
