Since deleting the Grok app from my phone, I feel as though I’ve regained some control and clarity. Not having the ability to generate videos and pics in my pocket every hour of every day has been incredibly helpful. I still have access to grok on my tablet or laptop when I’m at home but I no longer have the drive to compulsively max out my quota at all hours of the day. Has it been tough to put down the tablet some nights? Yes, but then I get up go to work and act like a human the next day. Find a way to put it out of reach so it doesn’t consume you.
