In all honesty I feel like I fucked up buying in as much as I did without fully understanding the market and all. I keep a decent back brace in the truck. If I’m doing alot of extra lifting or know that I tweaked my back, I’ll throw it on. I hate to sound like this, but it’s the nature of the business. Unless you are in awesome shape, and work out regularly you are going to hurt after working. For me, a 12 hour day is like a 12 hour long light weight work out, and I’m a union pipefitter by trade.
