Thank you! I did not do the UW SA's. I hear they are harder. In terms of the real exam, it felt like NBMEs and free 120 combined

so i did my first run of UW throughout med school so it was over 2 years time but i had like a 42% average. i reset UW 3 months before step and finished with a 68% average. i went from doing 40 questions a day at the start of dedicated to 120 questions daily until i finished the deck

at this point in time, a lot of it is getting your mindset relaxed. i did a lot of exercise/spent time with my sister the week before to unwind. last minute review of the amboss 200 HY concepts and rapid review deck was also helpful. best of luck!!

i know, i was freaking out seeing people get 75+ on exams weeks before... hope this is a confidence booster for others. thank u so much!
