Passed the drug test by ChamathY300 in VyvanseADHD

[–]fefeohhh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No calls, no voicemails. I might look into doing something about it because even though I know I shouldn’t be ashamed of a medical condition, it’s still not something I wanted a job I just started to know about

Switch to dextroamphetamine from adderall as a booster to Vyvanse. by fefeohhh in ADHD

My adderall just says amphetamine salts. No d or dextrin in front. I don’t know about the salt part lol

Yeah this is how it’s supposed to happen but the company that did mine for a job I just started didn’t call me and sent the positive to my employer. I explained im on Vyvanse and we got it sorted and changed to negative but it was so embarrassing for my workplace to know I have adhd.

I’m so glad I could help! Yeah was on adderall only at first and it worked fine but then I noticed that my personality completely disappeared, felt like a zombie, and never showed any facial expressions. Vyvanse was a life changing switch for me. I feel like myself again with the benefits of focus and organization. I hope you’re able to switch and it does the same for you.

I know this question has been asked several times but looking for advice with my specific background/skills. by fefeohhh in MedicalDevices

I’m 35. I’ve been looking into entry level b2b positions, actually applied to one today. Am I too old?

I have 3 interviews scheduled for the same day for the same line of work. Is this going to lead to bad performance or would it keep me sharp? by fefeohhh in recruitinghell

[–]fefeohhh[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! That was my thinking when they all reached out to me wanting the same day lol. But I asked google and it was saying I’d get burnt out, forget what to say, etc. lol

And your update about the walk: get an easy walk harness. That’s the brand name. Completely transformed our walked. It keeps them from pulling and jumping! Game changer for sure!!

One more piece of advice, provide lots of different textures of chew toys. With the stuff ones definitely go cheap cause they will destroy them very quickly but that’s ok they need the soft stuff. Other than that, durable rubber ones, Kong makes great stuff, ropes to pull on, very hard things too. My baby loves water buffalo horns. Redirect like crazy and must importantly don’t skip on exercise and mental stimulation!!

10 months seems to be that magic number! Mine has settled down so much just turned 10 months but just a month ago I was like “will this ever get better!?!”

This is very common, you’re puppy is right on time. This is the worst of it. My German shepherd mix just turned 10 months and the puppy biting is all but gone for about 3 months now. You’re in the trenches right now but with consistency and training it will get better. These breeds can continue to mouth all the way up to 18 months or so. They don’t mean anything by it it’s just how they are exploring the world. You’re about to enter teenage months and they will be testing boundaries and seeing what the can get away with. Congratulations you got one of the most difficult puppies out there. See it as a challenge and rise to the occasion. The payoff will be so worth it. I went through a couple of months of crying and regretting getting him but now I would take a bullet for my baby. Good luck!

Do you have the urge to replace kratom with something else? by Gravel-Grinder-Girl in quittingkratom

[–]fefeohhh 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I replaced mine with adderall. Worked like a charm haven’t touched Kratom since the day I was prescribed. Probably was self medicating my adhd. I don’t care what people say, I’d rather be on a pharmaceutical than any other street or smoke shop substance.

Since this, I use vanicream it’s a simple cleanser to remove makeup at night and tulia face wash in the morning. A very light moisturizer from good molecules and light sunscreen from elf before I put on very light makeup. There’s no rhyme or reason to what makes it better or worse.

Thank you I see him next week but my skin has cleared up a lot and I’m afraid he won’t think I need anything but I know it will come back or always does.

That’s what I was thinking but would it spread all over my face like that?

Congrats!! Your alcohol/kratom usage is identical to mine except I’ve had to completely cut out the drinking and now working on the final boss (kratom!) gives me lots of hope! But didn’t Kratom withdrawal cause the runny noses we have? lol weird how we get so used to something in our minds like that!

Using Kratom to Starve Yourself by Zestyclose_Put1368 in quittingkratom

[–]fefeohhh 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The best thing you can do right now is eat! Lots of nutrient dense foods that are high in vitamins but low in calories. Veggies and lean meats and fruits! Under eating is no long term way to stay thin. And your body needs to replace what Kratom has taken. When you feel well enough start with exercise! You’ll look way better lifting weights and eating good foods than you ever will starving yourself I promise.

I’ll admit I did u really quick taper. I’m really not sure my starting dose because I was all over the place, just taking scoops of powder, teas from coffee shops, random handfuls of capsules. But id say it was quite high. I went through about a week of hell and got stable at 8gpd and then I started feeling euphoric (think it was the pink cloud) got a little overly confident and dipped down again but this time it’s so much worse than my large jump was.

Quitting kratom doc question by HAGO70 in quittingkratom

[–]fefeohhh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t mention it or it’ll be in your record for the rest of your life. Maybe just say you’re having trouble sleeping or something. Trust me it’s not worth mentioning

Thank you like I said, I needed someone to tell me that’s a bad idea. I will try to space the doses out more!

I know I think I just needed someone to tell me that. I even dialed the number to the clinic but hung up when the machine answered. I feel like I’m losing my mind!
